Spring is coming. Wipe away the winter blues and allow yourself some inner space to truly appreciate the changing season. “Your Present Moment” will help you refresh and reorient for the warmer months ahead. Find a pocket of peace and create some inner calm with daily readings and mindfulness practices from Meg & Grace.

During the month of September you will receive 30 days of motivation, colour and mindfulness delivered online. There will be opportunity to collaborate and find connection within a wonderful community. This e-course is available through the website and a members-only closed group for sharing the process on Facebook. You can choose how much involvement you wish to take.

“Your Present Moment” e-course includes:

30 days of mindfulness practice from the team that brought you This Present Moment; psychologist and author Meg Welchman, and artist and illustrator Grace Cuell; delivered during the month of September 2016. The e-course includes thirty meditations on life, extending from the themes in the book This Present Moment.

You will:

  • Create a space in your life for self-reflection
  • Learn how to live mindfully
  • Practice mindfulness in a safe and caring online community
  • Complement your practice with new hand drawn mandalas to download and colour by Grace Cuell
  • Find inspiration to view the world differently
  • Connect with a Facebook group community to share your mindful moments
  • Feel a warm inner glow for doing something positive for yourself


Lessons are delivered daily at 11am – you can choose how much involvement you are willing to take, both in completing lessons and in communicating in the group.

A computer and basic computer skills are necessary.

Places are limited to ensure a pleasing group experience.
