Who and what is Purple Cords Press?
Formed by Meg Welchman in 2015, Purple Cords Press was set up as a small publishing business for "books that inspire". Purple cords was chosen as the quirky name of the business as it referred to a beloved pair of corduroy flares that were found halfway around the world and worn repeatedly while travelling (and feature in the photo above). Since 2016, Purple Cords Press has also published online courses and calendars.
